At Perfect Stitching Institute, Ghiyas foundation teach stitching to the  womens of weaker section who were not be able to learn stitching because of lack of machines and instruments related to embroidery and stitching.

There is a course of half and full one year course related to stitching and tailoring prepared by Ghiyas foundation.

These course include machine practicing, all embroidery work, learning multiple dresses by practicing by the observation of highly trained teachers.
